Bethesda, MD November 9, 2010 – Patricia LaBorde, Senior Vice President and Structured Settlement Division Counsel of Stone Street Capital, LLC, played a lead role at the annual National Association of Settlement Purchasers (NASP) conference in Las Vegas, NV.
Patricia LaBorde is the legal committee chairperson for NASP, and participated as moderator for a number of critical industry panels. She also spearheaded the planning and agenda for the industry conference. Topics ranged from legislative and regulatory developments to court practices to marketing issues in the secondary marketplace. Attendees were from the secondary market purchasing companies, outside counsel, judges, primary market representatives, and other industry stakeholders.
