In our side of the business, there is not designated title of “Certified Structured Settlement Consultant.” That would probably be more accurate for someone that does not currently have a settlement but is engaged in a lawsuit and seeking a settlement. Our industry does have a professional association NASP – the National Association of Settlement Purchasers. This organization helps to enact laws governing structured settlements, engage in educational activities and to prevent fraudulent structured settlement transactions. Stone Street Capital is a founding member of the Association and works with others in the industry to promote the industry.

In addition, we are a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. We are experts in helping those with a settlement turn payments into cash.
